While the guide has held an open-source license to date, my intention was to create equitable access for the most vulnerable individuals and not-for-profit educational purposes. Many individuals have offered financial support as thanks for the tremendous emotional and physical labor I’ve put into this Guide.
Unfortunately, as with many things, for-profit corporations have exploited my free labor for everything from company-wide trainings, workshops, and even books on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). To date, none of these corporations have paid me for the learnings they've profited off of using this Guide. As such, I am amending the license to require payment if you plan to use this Guide for any and all corporate or commercial usage.
Terms of Use for Individuals
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this guide and associated documentation files (the "Guide"), to deal in the Guide without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, or distribute copies of the Guide, and to permit persons to whom the Guide is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

Terms of Use for Corporate and Commercial Usage
Permission will be granted, for a fee, to any business, corporation, or individual intending to use the guide in a paid work. Once payment is provided, copies of this guide and associated documentation files (the "Guide") may be used, with restriction—the terms of which will be negotiated.
If you are the member of a corporation and/or would like to use the Guide in a commercial capacity or for corporate trainings, please fill out the following form.
